Marketing Administrator

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and providing administrative support to the Marketing Executives
  • Proofing and sign-off of Direct Mail pieces, collateral booklets
  • Schedule monthly diaries to ensure sufficient notice is provided to Technicians and the Contact Centre for telemarketing support activity
  • Prepare reports as required weekly
  • Liaise with external vendors (fulfilment, print company, creative agency etc.) and Stock control
  • General administrative and office management duties
  • Provide flexibility around working hours (including evenings and Saturdays), as required to meet business needs, i.e., attending marketing events, meetings, etc.
  • Respond to queries from internal departments
  • Participate in cross-functional training as required from time to time
  • Answer incoming calls using excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Carry out other instructions as requested/directed by the Marketing Director or other Officer as appointed by the Managing Director

Key Skills/Characteristics:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of MS Office is essential (i.e., excel, word, power point)
  • Relevant experience of accurate data processing and data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong Organisational and Time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work on own initiative while also participating in a team environment
  • Problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated with a keen desire to learn the business
  • Must be dynamic, enthusiastic, approachable and courteous
