Our client who had has exceptional growth over the past 12 months is now seeking to hire a skilled Management Accountant on a permanent basis to join the Team. Based in Ballinasloe - you will be seeking a role for the long term where you can develop your career.
This is a newly created position and will report directly to the Financial Director.
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Manage financial control and reporting of inventory in conjunction with Supply Chain function,
Continuous investigation and explanation of management results for business units in area of responsibility.
Provide input and financial support to cross-functional task teams in achieving site objectives.
Prepare costing analysis as required
Preparation and presentation of monthly reports within agreed deadlines.
Support senior management in understanding product costs and driving improvement
Prepare quarterly forecasts for company in area of responsibility.
Review the reconciliation and maintenance of key balance sheet control accounts.
Financial control and management of business including revenue, costs, inventory and headcount.
Analyse financial performance, and support reporting, forecasting and budgeting for other business areas
* Fully Qualified Accountant.
* 3 to 5 years hands-on management accounting experience
* Strong Excel skills are necessary,
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks.
