FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Mailroom Clerk for 6 months temporary role based in Dublin 17.
- Day to day mailroom activities, such as inbound and outbound post;
- Completion of Document Management activities, such as responding to requests, tracking documents, scanning, archiving and creating documents;
- Sorting, logging and scanning documents received;
- Barcoding, recording and archiving large volumes of reports daily;
- General office duties as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail - essential;
- Previous experience in admin/clerical/office support role - desirable;
- Computer literate;
- Must be able to commute to Dublin 17, car park space provide on-site.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
