Logistics Coordinator - Bray (Co. Wicklow)

Job Overview

My client a leader in building and property safety systems is looking for a logistics coordinator to join their thriving well established team based in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

As the logistics coordinator the successful candidate will be required to assist in maintaining of stock levels, ensuring all goods in and out are recorded on the internal warehouse ERP system and to ensure the high level of customer service is maintained and that all customer needs are met.

To be considered for this job you should be computer literate (including use of Excel and other MS office programs), have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and you should be comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting to change. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and come to this role with some previous logistics admin or stock control related experience (2-3 years).

Your day-to-day duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring shipment costs
  • Recording movement of all packages
  • Planning and tracking shipments
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Keeping track of warehouse stock and assisting with audits and stock counts

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5:30PM and Friday 9AM - 3PM and the salary on offer for this job is €30 000 Per Annum.
