Logistics Administrator

Job Overview

My client who is based in Cobh is looking for an experienced logistics administrator to join their team for 6 weeks

This role is Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5

Duties

  • Liaise with customers on orders
  • Liaise with logistics provider on same orders to ensure timely delivery of product
  • Liaise internally with production, quality, etc to ensure timely delivery and trouble shoot issues
  • Associated paperwork and system work (SAGE) to ensure all documentation, etc is in order
  • General admin support - taking calls, opening barrier to site, misc paperwork

The role would suit somebody with good logistics experience, good IT skills and good communication skills to navigate the path between customer/logistics provider/on site staff
