Job Overview

Excellent new opportunity for an experienced office-based Life & Pension Administrator in a growing Financial Services Broker in Wexford.

  • Salary €30,000 - €45,000 DOE and QFA Qualified or part Qualified & experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Completion of day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Processing of client requests accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Assisting senior office management with client queries
  • Interacting with stakeholders via phones and emails as required
  • Providing support to the administration team to meet compliance deadlines.
  • Dealing with ongoing pipeline cases to ensure a free-flowing process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills
  • Ideally, we are looking for somebody fully QFA qualified or currently working towards completing
