Legal Secretary
Job Overview
On behalf of my client I am recruiting for a Legal Secretary in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate would have 3 years Commercial Litigation experience. The ability to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to work on own initiative are a must for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Dicta-typing and PA/secretarial duties for a number of fee earners
- Digital dictation and production of all documents, correspondence, reports and presentations, briefs, contracts, agreements, accurately and in a timely manner
- Diary management
- Excellent typing skills required at least 60+ wpm or more
- Providing a professional, efficient and proactive secretarial service at all times
- Answering phones, taking messages, logging daily calls, follow up on calls
- Keeping files up to date, scanning and photocopying
Experience:
- Prior experience in a busy commercial litigation practice essential
- Strong MS office computer skills
- Case management experience
- Excellent typing skills required at least 60+ wpm or more
- Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work are essential
- Excellent numeracy skills are essential for this role
