Are you a Lab Analyst with 2 years' GMP lab-based experience?
A brand new role has been created for a Lead Technician to join the QC team of a leading Life Science company in Limerick.

Duties:
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of Technicians onsite.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals .
- Responsible for bioreactor preparation, media/feed/buffer make-ups, probe/equipment calibration and organization.
- Responsible for ensuring that work is scheduled and cross training takes place.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years (minimum 1 year) GMP experience with a Degree qualification in a Science discipline.
- Good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills.
- Passionate about quality.
- Good communication skills.
