We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our clients Micro team. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to scientific research projects, develop and implement scientific strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to scientific research projects, including planning, designing, and executing experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results.
- Develop and implement scientific strategies and research plans to address scientific questions and advance the company's research goals.
- Communicate scientific findings and present results at internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, business development, and regulatory affairs, to advance research projects and achieve project goals.
- Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in the field and provide scientific expertise and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Level 8 or 9 in a scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry.
- At least 5 years of experience in scientific research, preferably in industry.
- Strong scientific expertise and knowledge of the latest scientific technologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage scientific research projects.
