Junior IT Support role- Kerry


We are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to build a new team. If you have prior Customer Support experience and some knowledge of Teams and Office 365, we would love to hear from you! An excellent Customer service track record is required along with a desire to learn more in the IT world! Degree not required but a strong link to Kerry is essential.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent Communication
  • Ability to multitask
  • Office 365 (Exchange, Teams)
  • Windows OS (2008-2019)

Experience:

  • Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems
  • Customer focused, flexible and willing to take ownership of issues
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
