My client is a global retail leader currently looking to recruit ambitious junior client side project managers for Leinster based projects. This is a flexible and hybrid position for a motivated construction candidate.
The role will involve the following duties:

  • Working with current construction project management team to develop feasibility plans
  • Prepare pretender works
  • Compile Budgets
  • Assist in appointment of project design team
  • Management and coordination of Planning Permission, Fire Cert applications and Disability Access Certificate applications
  • Act as contract administrator for construction projects
  • Participate and attend site meetings
  • Management of cost, programme, quality and Health and Safety for construction projects
  • Provide value engineering solutions for current and upcoming projects

The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Construction related degree such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying
  • Construction related experience
  • Forward facing profile
  • Keen to work as a part of a team
  • Highly presentable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Full clean driving licence
  • IT Savvy
