Job Overview

What you need

• Minimum 2 years expereince in a similar role
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Service Now advantageous
• Expnce working with Windows Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Autopilot and Intune)
• Knowledge of Lan/Wan and site connectivity
• Car and Licence

What you will be doing

• Providing support within Networking, PCs, Computer peripherals, Telecoms, Security, Server/System Administration
• Diagnosing hardware/software and business application problems
• Training of customers on desktop apps, software/hardware problems
• Work directly with the Service Desk Manager to get critical issues fixed in a timely manner
