Responsibilities

* Answer calls from clients and guarantees the important data is obtained to log tickets accurately

* Triage tickets as required and prompt senior staff and the executives if escalation required

Essential Technical Skills

* MS Exchange Server

* Active Directory

* Office 365

* Windows Server

* MS-office suite

* Windows 7 - 10 Additional

Technical Skills Advantageous

* VMWare

* VEEAM

* TCP/IP Protocols

* MCP certification is advantageous

* Firewalls / Networking (Watchguard, Cisco, Juniper)

* Strong knowledge of server and storage infrastructure

* Good knowledge of Cloud Platforms
