Job Overview

What YOU will be doing:

• Provide first level support for any IT/Telecoms/Application related issues
• User Ticket Management
• Implementation of new systems when required
• Windows 10/Microsoft Suite technical support

What YOU need:

• 1-2 Years previous experience in IT Support role
• A degree in an IT Field
• Some understanding of MySQL and VBA. HTML an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
