Job Overview
What YOU will be doing
- Providing technical and service support
- Installing and configuring desktop software operating systems and applications
- Participating in deployment of projects, technologies and systems
- Attending daily IT meetings, being proactive with new ideas and resolutions to existing issues
What YOU need
- at least 3 years experience in a busy helpdesk environment
- Experience with Active directory, Windows Server environment, network and firewall components
- Driving License as some driving required
- Ability to learn new skills through hands n training
- IT Qualification (3rd Level/IT Certifications)
