What YOU will be doing

  • Providing technical and service support
  • Installing and configuring desktop software operating systems and applications
  • Participating in deployment of projects, technologies and systems
  • Attending daily IT meetings, being proactive with new ideas and resolutions to existing issues

What YOU need

  • at least 3 years experience in a busy helpdesk environment
  • Experience with Active directory, Windows Server environment, network and firewall components
  • Driving License as some driving required
  • Ability to learn new skills through hands n training
  • IT Qualification (3rd Level/IT Certifications)
