Invoicing Administrator

Job Overview

Our client, a leader in their field in the West of Ireland is seeking to hire an Invoicing Administrator to join a team of 5 in Galway.
This is a full-time permanent position and due to the location, you must have your own car.

Responsibilities:
Monitor/ process/verify 2 sources of data to ensure billing accuracy
Follow up with the team to clarify billing queries
Ensuring customers have correct invoice documentation
Assist in month-end close off
Setting up new customers on the accounts system
Keep all filling up to date and accurate at all times
Approve supplier invoices
Ensure there is smooth administration between various departments
Any other ad hoc administrative duties as they may arise

Skills:
A high level of accuracy
Be computer literate
Attention to detail, commercial and common-sense approach to problem-solving
Good organisational abilities
The ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised environment
Flexibility
The ability to work as part of a team
