Internal Sales Executive

Job Overview

A leading wholesaler of agricultural and general hardware is currently looking to recruit a Internal Sales Executive for their Naas branch. This is a permanent full-time role. Previous experience working in the steel / hardware industry would be an advantage.

Reporting to the Branch Manager

Duties to include:

* Processing customer queries / sales order processing.
* Account managing existing customer accounts.
* Work closely with Warehousing to ensure all products are dispatched on time.
* Build strong business relationships and rapport with customers at all time.
* Reactivating lapsed accounts.
* Respond in a timely and professional manner to customer enquiries and quote requests.
* Serving walk in customers ( very minimal )

Candidate profile:

  • 1-2 years telesales experience
  • Professional telephone manner with strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills with competency in Word & Excel
  • Past experience in the steel / hardware industry would be an advantage

Working Hours:

9:00am to 5.30pm
