Job Overview

Internal Sales Co-ordinator: Builders Merchants: South Dublin

2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required

  • As the successful Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for selling the full range of building materials and supplies to existing accounts and prospecting accounts
  • The role will be primarily Account Management, with majority of your calls being inbound inquiries, you will be the clients first point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer care and attention to detail
  • Support External Sales Executives - Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries
  • Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all Building Materials & Supplies
  • Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and upselling material
  • Day to day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Customer-facing Sales Experience within Builder Provider/Merchant is essential for this role
  • Strong Building Material Product Knowledge is essential
  • Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to account manage
  • Keen interest in delivering superb customer service/after sales will be required to carry out this role effectively
