Internal Sales Administrator

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of an "Internal Sales Administrator", on behalf of our client, a busy engineering and agri company in County Kildare. This is a fulltime permanent role where you will be managing long term customer accounts and incoming sales among other duties.

Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for the following duties

  • Building relationships with existing customers
  • Account Management of existing accounts
  • Organising deliveries
  • Customer service and advising customers of new and existing products.
  • Invoicing and following up on payment ( Credit control )
  • Dealing with couriers.
  • Administration.

Candidate profile

  • Knowledge of hardware and agriculture
  • 1-2 years previous Telesales / Customer service experience an advantage
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
