Internal Account Manager

Job Overview


  • Contact with each level of business to ensure all customer's needs and expectations are properly met
  • Reviewing open order reports and inform customer about any issues in relation to on-time delivery
  • Preparing documentation for shipments as per customer specification
  • Make sure that processes are followed as per customer requirement and specification
  • Interface between the customer and all divisions
  • Resolving key issues and complaints
  • Meeting all customer's needs and deliverables according to proposed time lines
  • Dealing with sub-contractors
  • Arranging shipments/collections


  • Candidates would have to have worked in a similar role
  • Experience in an account Management or sales role ideal
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
