FRS Recruitment has partnered with a leading supplier of the highest quality of Windows and Doors to the construction industry, seeking to recruit an experienced Architectural Sales Expert with experience in the construction sector and the ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings. Some level of selling skills is required as well as Microsoft Office and Excel experience being essential.
Architectural Sales - Windows & Doors
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, which involves sending details to the factory for quoting. Preparing quotation for customers including installation estimate.
- Follow up of quotations.
- Meeting agreed targets.
- Preparation of documentation should the quotation become an order.
- Working as part of the sales team and engaging with technical team to complete the order process.
- Sharing workload of Showroom visitors.
- Maintaining electronic files of all correspondence, drawings etc in our drive toward achieving a paperless office environment
- Use of and updating of CRM system.
- Strict adherence to company policy in terms of procedures e.g. deposit payments, customer sign-off documentation, etc.
