Damaged caused by food safety issues is devastating which is why my Client in Naas is looking for an experienced Inhouse Telesales and Business Development to join their team!

In the role, the successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for prospects and customers. You are ambitious, driven and focused on helping customers and furthering the interests of the company in promoting premium ingredients, professional food brands and unique food solutions to the food service market.

Benefits :

  • Base Salary €33,000 + benefits
  • Commission OTE €10-15,000 (uncapped)

After probation

  • Company Pension Scheme (company contribution - 5% base salary)
  • Death in service benefit (4 times base salary)

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Fluency in English, reading and writing
  • 2 + year's demonstrable sales experience, preferably working within the food service industry
  • Efficient planning, time management and organisation skills
  • Passion for food and sales
  • Ability to work in Team and own initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective daily outbound call lists
  • Management of inbound leads
  • Identify new opportunities with customers and prospects
  • Master communication skills (phone, email, social media)
  • Collaborate within sales and marketing team
