FRS is seeking a Grave IV within the HSE Payroll Department in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
Full time temporary position with a immediate start

The Role:

  • Calculating, checking & inputting of monthly timesheets
  • Record keeping of "hours owed"
  • Managing Public Holidays to avoid overpayments
  • Printing & maintaining personalised timesheets monthly.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Calculating notional hours due for Annual Leave taken
  • Payment of hours due per instruction from Medical Manpower
  • Maternity & Sick leave absence report, calculation of abatement's & production of STP&Ds (NCHD's & Clerical/Paramedical)
  • Support Medical Manpower with queries as needed
  • Input Structured Overtime on-call claims to SAP
  • Responsible for PA activities on to the SAP HR system, including:
    • Maternity Leave and Additional Maternity Leave
    • Adoptive Leave and Additional Adoptive Leave
    • Carer's Leave
    • Parental Leave
    • Health And Safety Leave
    • Special Defence Forces Leave
    • Special Unpaid Leave Max of 11 months in any continuous period
    • Parent's Leave
    • Paternity Leave

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience is essential
  • Knowledge and experience in using SAP
  • Excellent IT skills especially excel
  • Attention to detail, data processing and inputting, report writing
  • Experience and knowledge of processing different leave entitlements
  • Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a fast paced team
  • Numerical skills
  • Immediately available
