HR Manager

Job Overview

I am looking for an experienced HR professional for a Part-time Human Resources role with a marking leading company in Kildare.

You will need to be available at short notice

This HR role will be 2/3 full days per week and will be flexible on when you complete these hours during the week.

It also offers the right candidate to work from home for part of the week.

Responsibilities -

  • In-house recruitment, preferably using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • General HR admin
  • Performance Review implementation (as these will roll out in Q1)
  • Payroll support each month
  • Goal management

Ideally, the candidate will have -

  • 2-3 years' experience as an Office or Administration Manager
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar, with an ability to recognise the potential for, or resolve, challenging HR issues when these arise.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
  • Strong administration and co-ordination skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Effective & confident communicator with the power to influence at all levels
