Job Overview

Expericed HR Manager required for an expanding healthcare group based in Waterford. This is a permanent role with good benefits.

Responsibilites

  • Oversee and run the operational HR objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the company.
  • Drive strategic HR projects with multiple teams as required.
  • Review and update HR procedures and policies as needed.
  • Manage and grow the HR team including BPs and HR Admin members.
  • Foster and continue to grow a positive, strong, value-based culture within the organisation.
  • Remain up to date on current employment law legislation.

Key Requirments

  • 3rd level qualification in HR or other relevant field.
  • CIPD membership desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience within a healthcare setting would be beneficial.
