Expericed HR Manager required for an expanding healthcare group based in Waterford. This is a permanent role with good benefits.
- Oversee and run the operational HR objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the company.
- Drive strategic HR projects with multiple teams as required.
- Review and update HR procedures and policies as needed.
- Manage and grow the HR team including BPs and HR Admin members.
- Foster and continue to grow a positive, strong, value-based culture within the organisation.
- Remain up to date on current employment law legislation.
- 3rd level qualification in HR or other relevant field.
- CIPD membership desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- Experience within a healthcare setting would be beneficial.
