Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Permanent | Full Time

HR Manager required to join a fast paced organisation based in Dublin 15. This is a standalone role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the full suite of HR responsibilities.

Duties:

  • Recruitment of Office based staff and cleaning operatives (Placing Ads on & Strategic planning of organisational structure
  • Managing life-cycle of employees incl. engagement and retention
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance process
  • Training new managers and structuring schedules
  • Ensuring ISO compliance and preparation for audits
  • Ensuring complaints are dealt with accordingly
  • Complete KPI's on a monthly basis
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance (working visas, working hours, driving licences)
  • Manage appraisal process
  • Ensure all employees have manual handling certificate
  • Organising training and retraining of all employees
  • Maintaining CSM training programme for all staff
  • Monitoring probation process
  • Corporate responsibility
  • Monthly Newsletters
  • Liaising with IBEC as required

Skills / Qualifications

  • Relevant HR / Business qualification
  • Similar previous HR experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
  • Service industry experience beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent administration skills and recruitment knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
