HR Generalist - Galway

As HR Generalist you will support the HR Manager, assisting with the implementation of HR activities, and managing the activities of the Employee Life Cycle. You will routinely visit employees on-site with clients. The HR Generalist will be responsible for the implementation of specific HR activities to ensure the department's employees fully contribute to successfully delivering business goals, As HR Generalist you will effectively utilise the hr programs to achieve strategic advantage and develop effective relationships with employees, line managers, team leads etc. As HR Generalist you are responsible for Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.

Requirements: HR Generalist

  • 1-2 years HR Generalist/BP experience communicating and implementing HR policies, practices and processes in a regulated fast-paced environment.
  • Experience communicating and influencing management at all levels.
  • Effective Communicator with a proven ability to deliver professional presentations.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships at all levels essential.
  • High level of influencing skills required utilising problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and methodologies
  • A high level of personal motivation & initiative required working at times without all the desired information or direction.
