HR coordinator / Administrator

Job Overview

Reporting to the HR Director you are required to :

 Update and maintain area specific HR records on SAP, with proactive correction / update when errors are identified, liaising with the HR Hub to ensure consistency within News Ireland & Wireless Group.
 Provide assistance to Business Partner and Head of HR on community on projects of high importance. Working empathetically to ensure all large-scale issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved e.g. Integration projects, employment status, and immigration/Right to Work initiatives.
 Assist the HR and Legal teams in the gathering of information from various departments around multiple locations, attend meetings and report that information, along with recommendations, back to the HR and Legal team accordingly
 Providing ad hoc administrative assistance where required (e.g. diary management, presentations, printing documents and filing)
 Assist transitionary projects including migration of payroll functions, HR administrative processes, and policy.
 If appropriate, provide advice and assistance to initial direct queries and escalate when required.
 Ensure established processes are followed such as memo creation and filing for any contractual changes with financial impact.
 Co-ordinating the general administration such as letter production, contract checking, file reviews, filing, data input, new starters and leavers and other items of administration that form part of a project within the business area such as arranging meetings and taking minutes.
 Being involved with meetings and discussions as required between HRBP, specific team and stakeholder to gain understanding of project requirements and support.

Attributes and Skills :

 Excellent organisational skills (critical requirement)
 High level skill with MS packages e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
 Exposure to project management (not essential)
 Strong Communication skills
 Working knowledge of SAP or similar HR systems.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 Excellent attention to detail (critical to role)
 Ability to work effectively in a fluid environment
 Previous HR administration experience essential. Great interpersonal skills
 Excellent administration skills.
