Helpdesk Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Helpdesk Administrator for a Castleisland based company. The role will initially be home-based, possibly later moving to the office in Castleisland.
Ideally, candidates should be familiar with dairy, beef and/or sheep farming systems but full training will be provided.

As an Helpdesk Administrator you will take incoming and outgoing telephone calls offering support to producers and recording all interactions on a bespoke CRM system. Candidates should have excellent telephone / customer service skills and be competent in the use of CRM as well as MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Applicants should have experience of working well in teams and have demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
