We are currently expanding the Healthcare Division and are looking for excellent Recruiters in all areas of Heathcare. The following Divisions are hiring :Doctors / Nursing /Allied Health and Social Care.

The role will involve the following:


* Calling candidates from our database, interviewing them and registering them on our database
* Resourcing of candidates externally for existing roles and project work
* Issuing and following up on all contractual paperwork as per the client requirements
* Liaising with clients and developing new business for the Healthcare Teams
* Preparing cv's to be sent to clients and follow up
* Arranging interviews with clients
* Database updating


Requirements:


* You need to have a minimum of 1- 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in the Healthcare Sector.
* You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be a highly organised person.
* A natural communicator, comfortable dealing with our candidates and clients on the phone and face to face.
* You will need to have a sense of urgency, as this is a very fast paced, pressurised environment
* Be available to take and make calls outside of our core hours (which are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
* Plenty of energy and a positive outlook as we work to very tight deadlines.
* Very good Administration and PC Skills
* Previous Client management experience
* Previous Healthcare experience would be an advantage and knowledge of the sectors of Doctor and nursing recruitment would be advantageous.


Salary: Dependant on Experience
