My client support individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Ireland and the UK. They are currently going through an exceptional period of growth.

This is a Full Time, permanent position with fantastic benefits on offer.
The base of this role is north Dublin or north east of Ireland.

As Head of Operations, this is a Pivotal role within their organisation in north Dublin/north east of Ireland.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position with fantastic benefits on offer plus ongoing training & development.

Salary: €61,000-€71,000 per annum plus pension

Reporting to the Regional Director of Care, the post-holder will manage and develop projects for adults and children across the spectrum of services in the organisation, but those with an intellectual disability, brain injury or mental health issue in accordance with the aims and philosophy of the organisation.

Essential criteria for this role listed below:

  • First Level Nursing i.e., RMN, RGN, RMNH OR Professional qualification in Social Work OR Occupational Therapy OR QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services OR Degree in Health or Social Care or Youth and Community or Psychology or Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • 4 years' experience with vulnerable adults/children in a care setting
  • 5 years people management, i.e., managing a staff team at Manager Level.
  • Experience of residential/day activity service management Experience of working with children with intellectual disability and who have complex health or challenging behaviour needs Policy review and refinement Establishing systems Negotiation with government agencies Initiation/development of new services.
