Public Sector Role**

In partnership with the HSE I am currently recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer/Ward Clerk in Limerick City. This contract role starts immediately. This role will at first start for a number of weeks and may go on for a number of months.

Duties:

  • General clerical work, e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails,
  • Supporting line-managers and colleagues
  • Working as part of a team in delivering services
  • Providing the highest quality standards in customer service
  • Maintaining high quality records in a thorough and organised manner
  • Checking all work thoroughly to ensure it is completed to a high standard
  • Carrying out routine accounts work

Eligibility Criteria

  • Previous administrative experience of at least 2 years
  • Excellent Communication, Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work on one's own initiative or in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possess excellent IT skills - especially Excel
