Public Sector Role**
In partnership with the HSE I am currently recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer in Castlebar. This role starts immediately an is for a minimum of 6 months. This role is for 19.5 hours a week (flex with days)
Duties:
- General clerical work, e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception desk duties, etc. under the supervision of a designated manager;
- Supporting line-managers and colleagues
- Working as part of a team in delivering services
- Dealing directly with the public (phone, email, letter, over-counter etc.) in support of services provided to them by the Civil Service
- Providing the highest quality standards in customer service
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience of at least 2 years
- Excellent Communication, Organisational and Time Management skills
- Ability to work on one's own initiative or in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess excellent IT skills - especially Excel
