German/French Software Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Telephone and remote access support of customers
  • Remote monitoring of customer systems
  • Updating of call logging system and Management of calls
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, achieving resolution by engaging all available resources
  • Application troubleshooting/support
  • Develop technical knowledge of technologies as required
  • Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
  • Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications as well as business related processes and procedures


  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Service Desk Support
  • Must be fluent in either German or French and English
  • Must have experience providing support for Office 365
  • Experience providing support for Microsoft Azure is a bonus
