EXPERIENCED TELLER required

GENERAL SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Teller will be accountable to the Manager for carrying out a range of administrative and operational activities that contribute to the effective running of the business.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Reporting directly to the Manager, the Teller will provide an efficient service to members within the authorised limits granted by the manager

MAIN DUTIES:

To process standing order payments from members
To process transactions relevant to the sub-office
Dealing with all filing of correspondence, scanning, photocopying and typing as required.
Filing application forms, loan applications forms etc.,

Operating computers and other office equipment, general office work, post, shredding etc

Dealing with lodgements and withdrawals.
Balancing and Lodging receipts, processing small loans.
Answering the telephone and ensuring that telephone messages are passed on to the correct person.
Preparing lodgements and depositing lodgements in the bank.

Based in Thomastown, 35 hrs per week.
