Financial Business Support
Our client, a global pharmaceutical, is currently looking to hire a financial business support to join their growing team. This is an initial 12 month contract position.
This role is being offered as a remote position, but training for the first week will take place in the Limerick office.
- Actively seeking and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Managing local payments ensuring all documentation is fully compliant
- Adhoc duties assisting within the Finance Department
- Provides general administrative support to the finance group.
- Producing reports, schedules and summaries for operational activities and business reviews.
- Minimum 2 years relevant support/admin experience from a multinational company or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Results and performance driven.
- Strong MS Excel
- Customer focused skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
