Job Overview

Our client, a global pharmaceutical, is currently looking to hire a financial business support to join their growing team. This is an initial 12 month contract position.
This role is being offered as a remote position, but training for the first week will take place in the Limerick office.

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Managing local payments ensuring all documentation is fully compliant
  • Adhoc duties assisting within the Finance Department
  • Provides general administrative support to the finance group.
  • Producing reports, schedules and summaries for operational activities and business reviews.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant support/admin experience from a multinational company or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Results and performance driven.
  • Strong MS Excel
  • Customer focused skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
