Job Overview
Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the Finance team and gain a wide range of finance, operations, and business experience.
Role Summary:
The Qualified Accountant will report to the Financial Controller & Factory Manager and be based at the company's head office.
The role involves the following responsibilities:
* Preparing monthly financial reports and annual statutory accounts
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Managing accounts payable/receivable
* Reviewing and reconciling bank accounts
* Analyzing and reporting sales/KPIs
* Ensuring relevant statutory compliance
* Conducting profitability analysis
Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Working knowledge using finance packages
* Qualification from one of the accounting bodies (essential)
