Field Service Technician/Engineer

My client is a well-established multi-national who specialise in providing of a full range of products & services focused on helping manufacturing companies improve plant reliability & asset managemen.
As Field Service Technician you will be working on a defined set of clients sites providing a competent standard of rotating and static equipment through various condition monitoring techniques.
You will also lead junior technicians through technical guidance while carrying out specific site management duties.
Some of your key duties as Field Service technician would include:
* Collecting and analysing condition monitoring data and formulating accurate and concise reports to the customer, clearly identifying any potential failure modes and risk of client business impact
*Delivering specific asset management services to improve client's equipment availability & reliability as directed by Operations Management teams.
*Assisting in compiling, manage and follow Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Risk Assessments and SOPs in place while informing Management if documentation is incorrect or missing and report any HSEQ issues.
This is a highly collaborative customer focused job where you will liaise closely with cross functional team members and customers developing strong partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
To be considered for the Field Service Technician job you will ideally need to have 5 years + relevant condition monitoring experience along with a relevant trades qualification (electrical, fitter, mechanical etc.)
From a technical perspective you will ideally have experience in some/all of the following
Vibration Analysis Level 2, Thermal 1, ICML 1, Alignment, Balancing, Basic Pump Performance assessments, Lubrication Assessment, Pipework Vibration, Basic Rotor Dynamics, Ultrasound level 1
