My client is a multi-national Facilities Management company providing a wide range of facilities management services across Ireland working with a array of blue chip private & public clients across the banking, retail, telecoms, semi-state, broadband sectors.

Providing maintenance, integrated facilities mgt, hard FM, cleaning, security, building services & reception services to their clients you will be joining a market leader in the Facilities Management space in Ireland.

As Field Service Manager you will have a very varied role that will involve managing a team of 11 electricians/maintenance technicians across multiple sites across Dublin and the Leinster region for a large blue chip banking organisation.
Some of the key elements of the Field Service Manager role will include:

*You will provide visible leadership by collaborating with others, expressing ideas and perspectives to senior management, identifying and commencing projects etc

*Complete risk assessment, value management, cost control exercises & cost analysis reports

*Call regularly to the various sites to compile accurate quoted works

*Offers guidance on maintenance, repair and refurbishment techniques to minimise future maintenance risk, contributing to the creation of method statements

*As Manager your job will include holding 1-1 meetings and reviewing productivity, checking KPI's scores and using performance management tools to improve daily, weekly and monthly objectives.

*As Field Service Manager you will also be the person who deals with client escalations and manages solutions through to completion on-site


You will have an electrical trades qualification & background with experience of working within the Facilities Management or Service Industry and Ideally you will also have an FM qualification and some PM experience
To hit the ground running in the Field Service Manager role you will be used to presenting proposals both internally and externally and be able to provide costing build up based on labour, material, and relevant contracted rates
