The Role/Opportunity

My client has been in operation for over 16 years and specialise in providing a highly innovative & cost effective eco-friendly cleaning technology and solutions to a huge variety of companies across the power gen, pharma, food & beverage, med device and semi-conductor sectors.

Having met with the MD recently I was struck by his passion and belief in both the product and the company and in the growth potential available to the person who takes on the Field Ops Manager role.

As Field Ops Manager you will manage all field operation activities across the company including pre / post job preparation, working onsite and leading Teams of operators.
While the role is predominately field based with significant travel throughout Ireland & UK, you will also be working out of my clients East Cork office from time to time.

The Role
As Field Operation Manager you will travel extensively primarily around Ireland & the UK and some of the key elements of this exciting and dynamic role would include

*Lead, motivate, train, coach, manage and coordinate the Operations team delivering performance and results for clients while adhering to my client's safety, quality & cost targets.

*You will be a senior member of the team helping to contribute to the strategic management of the company.

* Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Control and maintenance of all plant & equipment & operational budget management

This is a challenging role and ideally you will have a mechanical/technical aptitude (qualification not a pre-requisite) along with high energy levels and a proven track record in getting the most out of your team in challenging industrial environments.
