Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Farm Services Coordinator' for our Client in South East Cork.
This is a full time, permanent role suited to candidates with an Agri/Business qualification and strong agri background/knowledge.
As a Farm Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation, organisation and oversight of the deliverance of farm services on behalf of the client.
This is a Hybrid working model that requires some in office days therefore the candidate must be based within a commutable distance to the South East Cork office.

The Role:

* Strong Business Development and Client relationship building skills.
* Working to identify new opportunities for our candidates
* Work to ensure the business is aware of supports and services that are most relevant to farmers at any particular time.
* Work with the Service Manager and other stakeholders in building out these opportunities.
* Liaise with other stakeholders in the Farming business and grow visibility and business support across the sector.
* Sourcing new candidates
* Build an excellent network of trained farm support candidates and ensure that work is available to their capacity.
* Source opportunities for pipelined candidates to grow the team and business.
* Engage with Recruitment teams to ensure supply and be involved in the recruitment cycle is keep updated.

* Liaise with Payroll and accounts in facilitating smooth implementation of Payroll and Invoicing.
* Interview, selecting and issue of contracts to new employees
* Ensure all elements of onboarding are implemented and PPE issued as per guideline from Service Manager
* Review and follow up Debtors with Services Manager
* Ensure regular contact with Operators, and delivering excellent customer service to same
* Follow up on Training and ensure regular checks on induction, safety and other mandatory training are carried out.
* Support other Administration as required from time to time.
* Liaise with Clients and updating and safety information for current and future candidates

* Good IT skills, familiar with day-to-day use of Systems, apps.

* Experience and background in Farming sector or suitably qualified in this area.
* Strong PC Skill and understanding of systems , Microsoft office/Excel..
* Car driver and full drivers licence
* More experienced candidates considered with a background in sales/supply, may have worked in a related industry and has good transferable skills
