Executive Officer (Administration)
Are you a highly organised Administrator seeking a contract position in the midlands? We have a immediate vacancy for a Higher Executive Officer with excellent organisational skills based in Co Laois. This is a ongoing contract position from 3 - 12 months.
Duties will include:
- General Administration support in a fast paced environment
- Processing paperwork and documentation
- Typing and letter writing
- Answering and directing phone calls , taking messages and directing to relevant person
- Managing email inbox
- Diary management
- General ad hoc duties
Skills and Experience:
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A high level of accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be pro-active
- Good I.T. and computer skills
- Up to date social media skills
- A good listener
START DATE ASAP - This is a contract role from 3 - 12 months
