Job Overview

Are you a highly organised Administrator seeking a contract position in the midlands? We have a immediate vacancy for a Higher Executive Officer with excellent organisational skills based in Co Laois. This is a ongoing contract position from 3 - 12 months.

Duties will include:

  • General Administration support in a fast paced environment
  • Processing paperwork and documentation
  • Typing and letter writing
  • Answering and directing phone calls , taking messages and directing to relevant person
  • Managing email inbox
  • Diary management
  • General ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • A high level of accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Be pro-active
  • Good I.T. and computer skills
  • Up to date social media skills
  • A good listener

START DATE ASAP - This is a contract role from 3 - 12 months
