Estimator / Administrator

Job Overview

Our client is a successful joinery manufacturer based in West Limerick. We are seeking an Estimator or an Administrator with a Joinery background to join their team.

The successful applicant will have ideally have a construction background with knowledge of the joinery or wood industry. The role is varied and will include the following:

· Assist in the estimating / pricing of jobs
· Subsequent follow up with the clients to secure contracts
· Liaising with clients regarding time-frames, extras or changes to requirements
· Getting quotations for materials and ordering of same
· Liaise with production with regard to the orders, time-frames etc.
· Ensuing clients are billed for full cost of orders.
· Prepare necessary documentation to be supplied with orders to clients (e.g. fire rating)
· Any other duties as required
