Electrician

Job Overview

Our client, based in Cork city environs, requires an electrician (plant, factory or construction experience). Full training will be given. This field service plant electrician will be working on large plant and machinery, shadowing a fitter, but working independently on electric machines when required. This is a 39 hour days only job.
You will be joining an established company (50 years old) that has branches in Cork, Dublin, Northern Ireland and Galway.

• Do you have a recognised electrical apprenticeship?
• Do you have a sound understanding of electrical standards and requirements relating to circuit design, inspection, testing, and certification.
• Do you have an understanding of the electrical principles associated with the commissioning and maintenance of mobile electrical equipment and systems?
• Do you have experience with fault diagnosis and rectification experience?
