In Dublin's fair city where the sites are so pretty, I first asked out for a Safety Manager. I am currently recruiting for an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years experience within Environmental Health and Safety. They will have managed projects in excess of €15m. Ideally commercial, residential and or medical experience is the preferred profile for this role.
The role will be working with an established safety team of advisors. The appointed HSE Manager will have experience managing teams of personnel both on and offsite. The candidate will also have expert knowledge of ISO 450001.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Level 8 qualification in Health and Safety essential
- Happy to work in Dublin city centre
- Has managed projects in excess of 15m
- Has worked on commercial, mixed use or medical builds in the past
- Happy to work for a Tier 1 Contractor
- Competent to manage a team of EHS Advisors
- Has managed on site and off site safety operations to date
- Has worked within the construction industry
- Keen to work as a part of a growing organization
- Expert IT skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Can start with 1 months notice max
