Dispatch Clerk

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Dispatch Clerk for permanent position based in Dublin 24.

Duties:

  • Creating delivery dockets and sign off production signatures and stamps;
  • Emailing delivery dockets to customers;
  • Monitoring and printout customer sign in sheets and temp monitoring sheets;
  • Answering & redirecting calls and answer queries accordingly;
  • Emailing proof of delivery to customers as requested;
  • Tracking the reports for non-deliveries and follow ups;
  • Sending out on-line orders to factory.

About you:

  • Previous experience working in a busy Dispatch Office environment or a similar Transport Coordination role.
  • Excellent IT & communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable,
