Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or related role for an initial 6 month contract with a market leading consumer finance client in Shannon.

Responsibilities

  • Active Directory Administration.
  • Business Systems Support.
  • Technical Troubleshooting.
  • Desktop/laptop support for Windows 7, 8 & 10.
  • Equipment and software installations and upgrades.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of configuring, maintaining, and upgrading software and hardware.
  • Solid experience working with Windows and Active Directory.
  • Keen focus on improving end-user experience.
