Desktop Support Engineer
We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or related role for an initial 6 month contract with a market leading consumer finance client in Shannon.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Business Systems Support.
- Technical Troubleshooting.
- Desktop/laptop support for Windows 7, 8 & 10.
- Equipment and software installations and upgrades.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of configuring, maintaining, and upgrading software and hardware.
- Solid experience working with Windows and Active Directory.
- Keen focus on improving end-user experience.
