With over 210 retail stores to keep fully stocked, this is your chance to shine! You'll be an integral part of either the Goods In, Selections, or Transport Team.
As a Deputy Logistics Manager, your exciting responsibilities will include:
🚀 Leading and motivating a dynamic team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they meet our client's impeccable standards.
🚀 Setting the bar high with your own exemplary performance, creating a work environment focused on achieving exceptional results.
🚀 Conducting regular quality control checks and audits to maintain top-notch standards.
🚀 Coordinating training programs for staff and trainees, empowering them to deliver their best.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
🌟 Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Fluent English.
🌟 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar sector (doesn't have to be management).
🌟 Ambition, flexibility, and adaptability
Located in the vibrant Central Westmeath area, this role operates within a 24/7 facility, offering a shift pattern of 4 days out of 7. Shift times usually range from 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM (NORMALLY NO NIGHTS).
Your dedication will be rewarded with:
💰 A starting salary of €46.5k per annum, skyrocketing to €59k within 4 years!
💰 Night shift premium for those occasional overnight shifts between 00:00 and 7:00.
