Deli Manager required for a Service Station in Co. Galway

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years fresh food deli management experience
  • Must have experience in ordering and managing waste
  • Be up to date in HACCP and food safety training
  • Self-motivated and a passion for foodservice
  • Has experience in managing ten and more staff

Main Duties

  • Manage the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance
  • Manage product storage and rotation
  • Assist in preparation of inventory and sales budgets
  • Control staff costs and prepare rosters
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring and training staff
  • Respond to any queries or complaints
  • Ensure all follow company policies and procedures
  • Ensure products are properly labelled
  • Oversee and ensure that facilities are maintained neat, clean and safe at all times
  • Other duties as required
