FRS Recruitment are currently hiring for a Customer Support Representative for our client in Shannon, Co Clare. This role is exclusively with FRS.

Ideal profile:

  • Previous support experience in a busy, fast paced environment answering clients technical queries
  • Strong customer interaction skills particularly over the phone.
  • Previous experience of using various software systems.
  • Strong bug fixing skills
  • A Self Starter who can work on their own initiative
  • Good troubleshooting ability
  • Previous experience in the Logistics or transport industry dealing with customers is essential.

The role:

  • Answering incoming technical queries from clients via phone and via email.
  • Liaising between internal and external customer to resolve queries.
  • Building relationships with the customer base
  • Providing excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills to the varying client queries.
